During your stay at Villa Vicana you have all the luxury you have at home. You won't miss a thing after a long walk, a bike ride, a day of golf at the nearby golf course Gailtalgolf or when you return from a wonderful day of skiing at the nearby Nassfeld ski area.

Very complete kitchen

The house has a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary equipment such as ceramic hob, dishwasher and extensive oven. Plates, cutlery and glasses are all neatly stored and sorted in the large drawers.

The kitchen is equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine, filter coffee and a kettle.

Spacious bedrooms

This accommodation has 3 bedrooms on the first floor, one with an extra loft. All bedrooms are spacious and have their own wardrobe. Two of the bedrooms have access to the large balcony. On the ground floor there is a separate bedroom with its own bathroom with shower and toilet.

Luxury sanitary ware

All sanitary facilities in the home have a modern finish and are equipped with all conveniences. You have two bathrooms and a total of three toilets.

The master bedroom has its own bathroom with sink, toilet and walk-in shower.

The spacious bathroom on the upper floor has two sinks, wall mirror, toilet, a large bathtub with shower and a separate shower cubicle.

Downstairs in the hallway is a separate toilet and a room with a washing machine and dryer.

Outdoor living

On the beautiful days, but even with a little rain, it is wonderful to relax under the veranda. Have breakfast when the sun appears from behind the mountains or a real winter BBQ in the snow. From the veranda you have a wonderful view of the Kirchbach valley.

The porch is equipped with a large lounge set and a picnic table. There is also an outdoor heater.

The lawn can be used to place the sun beds or offers children the opportunity to play.
